Extra vehicles, boats, etc., MUST BE
PRE-APPROVED by office before entering
park. Trailers or boats may be subject to a nightly storage charge.

Park
has a 24-hour limited access gate. Persons not registering
for a car pass are trespassing. YOU must not give
out your gate code to anyone. Failure to comply
will result in immediate eviction without refund.

ALL
VISITORS MUST CHECK
IN AT OFFICE, receive parking instructions
and visitors pass. Cars, trailers, boats, etc.,
parking in wrong area or on empty sites are subject
to towing and/or extra charges.

Check Out time is 11 a.m. CENTRAL TIME. Extensions must be approved by office before date
of departure. Extra fee will apply.

Quiet Time is 10 PM-8 AM.
Excessive noise/public disturbance at any time may
result in eviction without refund.

Speed
Limit is 10 MPH. Please watch for
children! NO BIKE OR SCOOTER RIDING AFTER
DARK!

AN
ADULT MUST be with children
UNDER 12 at all times and are
responsible for their actions and safety.

Please
observe pool and hot tub rules. CHILDREN
UNDER 12 CANNOT be in
pool without an adult. You are expected to adhere
to time limit on hot tub and kindly give others
their turn. Absolutely no one under 12 allowed in
Hot Tub at any time with or without an adult.

Absolutely
no one UNDER 21 allowed ON
exercise equipment in the Fitness Room.

No
ground campfires allowed anywhere except at community
fire pit (next to D165).

Please
place all garbage in designated dumpster's. Charcoal
is to be dumped at Fire Pit. NO
clotheslines permitted.

Florida
Health Board requires a sewer donut. No grey water
can be drained on ground or grease down sewer.

Please
help us keep bathrooms and grounds clean. Leave
them as you would like to find them.

Please
make us aware of any rule violators or park conditions
needing our attention or repair.

No
smoking allowed in any park buildings or cabins.
PLEASE NO CIGARETTE BUTTS ON GROUND!

Car/RV
washing permitted for a fee. Check with office please
before washing your rig.

Pets
are allowed with RV's or in designated pet cabins.

Pets
are to be kept quiet and leashed at all times. (Maximum
leash length 6 Ft.).

You
MUST clean up after pet everywhere in this
park including the dog walk NIGHT OR DAY.

Pets
are not to be left unattended outside at any time.
Excessive barking or aggressive behavior WILL
NOT BE TOLERATED. Pets are NOT
ALLOWED in any park building, beach, pool
area, playground, or cabins. Failure to adhere to
all pet rules may result in eviction without refund.
If you see Pet owners breaking these rules, please
identify their site number and report them to office.
