DEPOSITS: All cabins require a one-night's deposit to reserve, payable at the time of booking.
Cabins require a TWO (2) night minimum reservation for weekend rentals. A valid credit card must
be on file or a $100 cash deposit.
Cancellation Policy
CAMPSITES: We will return your deposit minus a $10.00 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8)
or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund deposits on cancellations SEVEN (7)
days or less of your arrival date.
CABINS: We will return your deposit minus a $10.00 service charge if you cancel
FIFTEEN (15) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund deposits on cancellations
FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: The Holiday Cancellation Policy applies to all campsites and
cabins. We will return your deposit minus a $10.00 service charge if you cancel THRITY (30) or
more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations TWENTY-NINE
(29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel (with the required time, listed above)
will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. NO SHOWS are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Inspection upon departure required before cash deposit is returned. All cabins have microwave,
small or large refrigerator, dinette, coffee pot, toaster, cable TV and picnic table. Some cabins
have a larger refrigerator, a stove top or oven. Linens are provided for a fee of $20 for 2 people
- Extra people $5 each, or you may bring your own towels, sheets, blankets. Pillows provided.
